Well, it certainly was an absolutely beautiful day to be on the golf course today, we are extremely privileged at Tally Valley.. with the course playing so well, and just enjoying each others company and the sunshine, not to mention, all the baby ducklings and plovers sauntering around the fairways.
We had a field of 24 today, for our team event … please note, that team games ARE NOT handicapped … and the idea is, if you can’t better a score, you pick up and move to the next tee area. Janine will cover this, along with the requirements for the Club Championships, and also the local rules to read on the board, in our facebook page.

As mentioned last month, we had a poll on facebook regarding a later start next winter … the poll was 13 for and 13 against…BUT …the management of Tally Valley advised me that a later start was not possible for the time period we requested…so all start times remain the same.
We have booked Burleigh Sports Club again for our Christmas lunch and presentation, for save the date, THURSDAY 9TH DECEMBER. More info to follow later.
Thursday game is Stroke & Putt Monthly Medal. Club Champs start next Monday or 2 weeks… please book on line for this… more info in newsletter and facebook page.
