WELCOME TO MiClub
Tally Valley Golf Club will soon be transitioning to the new platform ‘MiClub’ for all Golf, and membership related operations.
MiClub Golf is a fully automated golf management solution with an online time sheet system, scorecard scanning, competition management module and much more.
The Club’s implementation team has been working closely with MiClub to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible, however as with any change there will be some challenges and we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation during the transition period for the long term benefit to all our members.
Please be aware that the 1st Online Timesheet with the new system will be for the event on Sat, 13 February 2021. Time Sheet will be available for bookings from 8.30am Fri 5, February 2021
Logging On
Your new Booking Site is: https://tallyvalleygc.1golf.com.au/
You will be prompted to login,
Your Username is the last four numbers of your Tally Valley Golf Link number (removing leading 0’s, eg 0035 becomes 35). Non-home members should use the last four numbers of your Home Clubs Golf Link number. Your Password is your birth day and month (e.g. “0705” for 7 May). If that password does not work it indicates that we do not have your date of birth on our records and we have allocated you a password of “0101”.
Upon logging in for the first time the system will ask you to change your password to something more secure. It is recommended that you do this.
Update your details
When you 1st login please update your member details. In particular phone numbers and email address, this will greatly assist the club in keeping all members information up to date.
All member’s details are private unless you choose otherwise.
Members Page
Once logged onto the site you will be taken to your own personal welcome page. On this page you will see your contact details, a link to your golf bookings, golf competition results, a playing partner’s setup screen and a general Club notice board.
Time Sheets
We will be continuing with paper time-sheets for a short period until we can bed the system down and iron out any kinks.
Once we go-live with on-line time sheets, paper time sheets will not be available. Time sheets for members’ competitions will available on-line at 8.30am 8 days in advance of the competition date and close at 6.00am the day of the competition.
Online Timesheet System
Once logged in, navigate to the New Timesheets area by clicking on ‘Bookings’ which will appear on the main menu.
Click on the Open link next to the event you would like to play in and then click either the ‘Book Me’ button to book yourself or ‘Book Group’ to book yourself and other members. Clicking the ‘Book Me’ option will book you into the cell automatically. If ‘Book Group’ is clicked your name will appear in the player 1 position. Search for other members by typing their name and selecting it from the drop down list. You can also select partners from your partner list. Once your selections have been made click on “confirm”
Timesheets exist for every competition day. Similar to making a booking, members can also delete their booking by selecting the red cross next to their name on the timesheet..
Bookings may also be made in person by using the Kiosk located in the Club House. Bookings are to be made during normal office hours. We have been advised by course management that they will no longer take phone bookings.
If using the Kiosk to book a tee time. Press on Tee-Bookings
you will be prompted to enter your password
Enter your booking on the relevant time sheet.
Please remember to LOG-OUT to return the screen to Kiosk mode so that another member may use it.
